Rockyspin Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rossobash SRL, the company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica that operates Rockyspin. This agreement governs account registration and eligibility, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using Rockyspin in any capacity, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

About us and licensing
Rockyspin is operated by Rossobash SRL, incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica. The company operates as a licensed online casino, with terms effective from 20 November 2024, governed by the laws of the operator’s country of incorporation. Account registration and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. You are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering; we reserve the right to restrict or close accounts where applicable law prohibits access. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts across the same person, household, IP address, or device are not allowed and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep that information up to date. Full KYC verification, covering identity, address, and payment instrument, is required before any withdrawal is processed; documents are reviewed within approximately 24 hours of submission. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms, and to withhold funds where a breach is confirmed.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, and Tron. The minimum deposit is approximately €25, varying by country and payment method; a minimum deposit of €20 qualifies for welcome bonus eligibility. All payment instruments must be personally owned and name-matched to your account; deposits made from shared, business, or third-party accounts may be confiscated. Cryptocurrency deposits must meet the per-coin minimum displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction; deposits below that minimum cannot be returned. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal is €50, rising to €120 depending on your country of residence and chosen method, and withdrawals are subject to a 3x playthrough requirement on deposited funds before a cashout can be requested. Withdrawal limits are set at €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week, and €10,000 per month at base loyalty rank, with higher caps available at elevated loyalty tiers; current limits are displayed in the Cashier. Casino-side processing takes up to 72 hours, with cryptocurrency withdrawals typically completing within 24 hours end to end; card payouts are processed via Visa Original Credit Transfer and Mastercard Payment Transfer, and acceptance by the issuing bank is not guaranteed.
Bonuses and promotions
Each promotion carries its own specific terms, published at the point of offer, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonus activity on Rockyspin. The casino welcome package carries a 40x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount; the welcome package is sticky, meaning the bonus and deposit are wagered together. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is €5; bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. Bonus winnings are subject to a maximum cashout of 10x the bonus value; Free Spin winnings are capped at €50. Bonuses are valid for 7 days from the point of activation unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Game contributions towards wagering requirements vary: slots contribute 100%, Buy Feature games 50%, Live Roulette and Blackjack 10%, Instant Win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games 0%. Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time; bonuses cannot be combined. We reserve the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where we determine that a bonus has been claimed through abuse, collusion, or advantage play, including the use of delayed bonus rounds or play on excluded games.
Responsible gambling
We provide a range of responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via email to [email protected] or through live chat are processed without undue delay. Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, you should contact our support team in the first instance, either via 24/7 live chat or by email to [email protected] . If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, it will be escalated to a senior member of the support team. We will provide an initial response to escalated complaints within 7 days and a final resolution within 30 days where possible. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, server logs constitute the authoritative record. If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the procedure set out on our Dispute Resolution page.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the site, and the updated terms will state their effective date. Continued use of Rockyspin after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
